My FAVOURITE Post-Workout Snack

My Favourite Post-Workout Snack
This has been my most recent creation and favourite HEALTHY snack ever. I could honestly eat a tub of this stuff daily. Seriously go make this. Now.

Love the taste of peanuts/peanut butter? This is for you.

Ingredients:
-1 tbsp mixed peanuts/walnuts pieces (about 15g)
-3/4 cup greek yogurt
-6-7 drops of stevia (or another sweetener to taste!)
-1/4 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tbsp sugar-free syrup(or more if you want!)
-2 tbsp quick oats
Directions:
Combine greek yogurt, vanilla and stevia until mixed, top with peanuts/walnuts, sugar-free syrup and oats. Dig in! (I recommend somewhat stirring everything a little before eating just to spread out the peanuts/oats 🙂 )

Nutrition Facts: 21g protein, 7g fat, 17g carbs
