Hey, I’ve got something delicious to share with you guys to help you reach that protein intake! These little cute bites have 4.5g of protein each and only 43 calories each! This means that the entire recipe is only 215cals and a whopping 22.5g of protein! These are 100% clean with no bad ingredients so you can feel good about eating them. They are also perfect if you are craving a little something sweet. Here’s how you make them!
1/4 tsp egg whites
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp cinnabun protein powder (I used trutein, which is amazing! But you could also use plain vanilla)
pinch of salt
2 tbsp plain 0% greek yogurt
1/2 tsp almond milk
optional:2-3 drops of stevia or stevia granular to taste (I didn’t add any since I already found them to be sweet enough with my protein powder but you may want some. Or use honey.)
3-5 raisins on top of each
1 almond to top each
1/4 tsp baking powder
Glaze with 1/4 tsp honey and cinnamon for each muffin! (Included in the calories!)
Directions: Preheat oven to 350*. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl, add liquid ingredients and then pour into a sprayed/greased mini muffin tin (makes 5). Add toppings then place in the oven for 10-12min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
